It has been wonderful to hear from everyone so far. Most everyone I have heard from has been positive and has had a great day.
One main observation--dairy is in a lot of things. Yes, it is, and more than likely you have not noticed until specifically looking for it. If you gain nothing else from this week, I hope you learn to read labels more often and be mindful of what is in your food. Oftentimes we just glance at the calories and fat and do not pay attention to all of the additional, unnecessary ingredients.
Try to get some exercise in each day even if it is only 30 minutes. If nothing else it will help clear your mind, and help you reflect on how you are feeling.
