Depending on your diets, some of you might be experiencing slight detox symptoms: headaches, fatigue, irritability, increased hunger. This is typical for a radical change in diet. Please be sure you're drinking plenty of water. Water is important regardless but also helps flush the toxins out. A good, average amount is about 64 ounces per day. Don't give in, keep going and it will get better. Exercise, even walking 30 minutes 4-6 times per week will also help.
