"All I can say is "WOW"! I have known Jessica for about 10 years. While we haven't been close for a while do to life changes and addresses, I have always thought highly of her and the healthy vegetarian diet she followed. We recently reconnected on Facebook and I was instantly drawn to her Mindfully Healthy website. I was intrigued by it and the fact that she seemed to truly love her job as a health coach and was truly happy with her life. I felt she could offer me guidance in my diet and lifestyle and help me reach a happiness I was missing. I reached a point where I wanted to live a life where I knew I was eating a healthy diet and not worrying about every bite I took and how many calories I consumed. I've met with her 6 times and have almost met my 3 month weight loss goal. While she is living a vegan lifestyle and knows I do not, I'm very interested in it and love to try the vegan recipes she suggests. She has helped me make the healthy choice an easy choice. She has also made me realize that the vegan diet isn't really anything more than healthy living, and who doesn't want that? I look forward to every meeting with her and I always feel like I could have stayed longer. She is easy to talk to and I can relate to her. She is a blessing to me! I will refer her on to many of my friends! I also feel that while she's only had a the title of a Holistic Health Coach for a short time, she's been living it for a long time!"
